I am a Molecular and Cell Biology Technologist. During my studies and research training, I have developed copious experience with a variety of primary cell and cell line culture. I have participated in all aspects of a variety of in vitro/ex vivo studies, using different cell culture systems to address questions, including mRNA/protein expression levels, changes of chromatin accessibility, and alteration of cellular function/ differentiation. The current role in the Reinholdt lab is to support molecular and cellular settings in developing a platform for generating induced pluripotent stem cell lines from a variety of mouse strains.
