I joined David Bergstrom in Genetic Resource Science Model Development Service in 2012. My position largely involves developing existing and cutting edge strategies in molecular biology as scalable resources for the Jackson Laboratory researchers and the scientific community. Current strategies I am exploring include making humanized mouse models utilizing standard recombineering. I am also exploring the use of CRISPR technology to increase large construct targeting efficiency.
